| New Headquarters Building for Blanchard Wells Ltd. |
| New offices, car parking and education facilities for civil engineering company. It was important to reduce the impact of the activity in a rural location so the staff car parking was located beneath the building.
Clay tiles and oak cladding was used to harmonise the building with its rural setting. The building is highly insulated to reduce its energy use. |

| (February 2010) This is a fit out project to create new demonstation facilities for the inflight technology manufactured by the company. GAA ltd were commisioned to design the facility, obtain all consents and approvals and project manage the works on site. |
